Payments and Returns
At MIGEMS, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. Please review our refund and return policy below:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
- Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refund Process:
- To initiate a return, contact us with your order details and reason for the return.
- Once the supplier (via Spocket) approves the return, you can send the item back to the supplier.
- After the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a full refund, excluding shipping costs, which may take 5-10 business days to process.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos and details. We will work with the supplier to arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items such as earrings, and custom-made pieces are non-returnable due to many reasons & personalization.
Shipping for Returns:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returning your item to ensure safe delivery.
Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

It’s best to measure when your fingers are warm, as they can be slightly smaller in cold temperatures.
Shipping times for our orders typically range based on the destination:
- Within Europe: Orders usually arrive within 5-10 business days.
- Outside Europe: Shipping times may vary depending on the location, generally taking between 10-15 business days.
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive tracking information so you can monitor your package’s progress. Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, there may be slight delays due to higher shipping volumes.
You have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to return an item. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging intact. If you have a MIGEMS account, log in and go to “My Order” to check your order status. Once your order is packed and ready for shipping, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey to you.
Don’t have an account?
No problem! You can create an account anytime using the email address you used to place the order. Your order will appear under “My Order” in your new account. Tracking numbers are sent automatically as soon as your order is packed. Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into their system, you can use the tracking number to view your order’s progress. This process may take a few hours, and if packed on the weekend, the tracking will be updated on the next business day.
