Refund and Returns Policy

At MIGEMS, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. Please review our refund and return policy below:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
    • Items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
    • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  2. Refund Process:

    • To initiate a return, contact us with your order details and reason for the return.
    • Once the supplier (via Spocket) approves the return, you can send the item back to the supplier.
    • After the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a full refund, excluding shipping costs, which may take 5-10 business days to process.
  3. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos and details. We will work with the supplier to arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
  4. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Certain items such as earrings, and custom-made pieces are non-returnable due to many reasons & personalization.
  5. Shipping for Returns:

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returning your item to ensure safe delivery.
 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

  • Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the suppliers address provided while the purchase execution.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Summary!

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order. Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
